These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Coloms SMS (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Coloms SMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers for SMS verification. Availability depends on stock, country, and operator. The Service is provided “as is”; continuous availability of any country or operator is not guaranteed.

2. Account and device session

The Service may use a browser cookie to bind a session to your device (about 3 months).
Credits and history are linked to that session; clearing cookies may remove access unless you recover with your token.
Account sharing, abuse, bots, or fraudulent activity is prohibited.

3. Credits and payments

Prepaid credits power number purchases. Top-up details are shown in the app when you need more credits.
Follow on-screen top-up instructions carefully; mistakes may not be recoverable.
Minimum top-up is shown in the app. Processing times may vary.
Retail prices are set by Coloms (from about $4; country tiers may be $4–$10). The price shown at purchase is charged.

4. Number orders and SMS codes

Steps 1–3: choose service, country, and confirm credits. No number is issued yet.
When you move from step 3 to step 4 (purchase), a number is allocated and SMS reception for that order is activated. Enter that number in the target app to receive the verification code.
We display the SMS code on step 4 when it arrives. Delivery depends on the target platform and carrier.
Refund rules are in the Refund Policy (including the 4-minute cancel window).

5. Prohibited use

Illegal activity, fraud, spam, identity theft, attacks on infrastructure, and other abuse are forbidden. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages from outages, stock shortages, carrier/platform rejections, or third-party failures.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid for the Service in the 30 days before the event.
You are responsible for complying with local laws and the target platform’s rules.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or legal violations.
