This Privacy Policy explains what data Coloms SMS processes and why. By using the Service you accept this policy.
1. Data we process
- Device / session: cookie or similar identifier, approximate access times
- Orders: order id, service type, phone number, SMS status, as needed to deliver the Service
- Payments: public blockchain deposit address and transaction ids (on-chain data is public)
- Technical: IP address, browser type, error logs (security and reliability, limited retention)
We do not require legal name or ID documents by default. If you contact support, we process the information you send.
2. Purposes
- Run orders and credits
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Improve service quality and stock routing
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Cookies
Essential cookies keep your session and credits mapping (about 3 months). Deleting cookies may remove access unless you use your recovery token.
4. Sharing
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, DNS, security) may process data as processors.
- Operational partners needed to allocate numbers/SMS may receive the minimum data required to fulfill the order.
- We may disclose data when required by law.
- We do not sell your data for marketing lists.
5. Retention
Transaction and security records are kept for a reasonable period for legal and operational needs, then deleted or anonymized. Blockchain data is outside our control.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet transmission is 100% risk-free; protect your wallet and recovery token.
7. Your rights
Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, or deletion. If cookies are cleared, some records may no longer be linkable to you.
